Why? The first reason is very easy: I just spent 30 years undercover as the subject of an US Army Military Intelligence PSYOPS "Case Study" on "Sleepers," or "
"Manchurian Candidates" I not only know intimately how this methodology works, it is also the way we are worked to influence citizens and the Liberal Media to push for legislation and legal actions that are being used to deliberately attack our Individual Constitutional Rights and affect our form of government.
Like the National Rifle Association's Vice President Neil Knox once said, "Once is circumstance, twice is happenstance, but thrice is certainly enemy action." He also pointed out with statistics the numbers of times there have been school, Post Office, or shopping mall, etc., shoot-out's just before some pending act of anti-gun legislation in that area, just to influence the outcome of that particular vote, and to put the Political Correctness Officers of the "American Psychological Association" into political and police powers. (Amazingly, my work has proved that Sleepers cannot be detected by their methods and "Criteria.".) This has been true all the way back to the JFK assassination, with anti-gun rifle mail order legislation teetering before the US Congress.

Do you even know who Markus Wolf, MFS (East German KGB) Director, was? (See photos on my website of us) The guy I was ordered to pass so much SECRET information to in the mid-'70's, in the days they say he wasn't even "Known?" His public photo is now out, that he's passed away.
There is a unique physical quality much cherished by espionage agencies that the Feds keep under wraps because it works so well: I happen to have Celiac's Disease, an autoimmune reaction to foods and beverages made with certain grains. The effect upon the body and mind make one look "Retarded," or "Perverse," a valuable cover for a long-term undercover operative in dangerous situations. People do, say, and brag in front of a "Retard" things they would not otherwise to normal people.
That condition also makes one very susceptible to hypnotic suggestion, also very useful in the field.
They give special funding, I believe, to Celiac.com just to help keep this under wraps.
Bottom line, in the course of this "Study" for the US Congress and American People, such a "Sleeper Study" as myself was also used to prove how such things as gun legislation could be influenced, both on Maui, and here in Wyoming, in real-case scenarios: On Maui, I was presented to the people as "Just someone who shouldn't have a gun!" Senior FBI Agent Robert Jonstono went about convincing people I was a person "To be watched," etc. Complete with lurid sexual innuendoes to really ratchet up the Feminists, especially.
Both on Maui then and now here in Wyoming. And based on that and acts I'd been deliberately ordered to do, (Like acting "Suspicious," "Politically Incorrect," and as if "Crazy," or "Paranoid," walking around with my zipper open, etc.) did Maui Legislators gladly invoke MPD Waiver Form 2034. It is a waiver form one must sign to buy a handgun that allows Hawaii State to research a person's medical and psychological records a whole life long, and easily deny one the purchase of a handgun.
Far worse, in that corrupt State, is also SURELY now routinely used to gather political blackmail information on those that would challenge the high-ranking entrenched and corrupt. The very otherwise innocent ones who actually need a sidearm to protect themselves from the State Officials and their never prosecuted means of getting rid of their political opposition.. Just being a suspected Federal Agent by they meant nearly losing my life a multitude of times and means.
Mind you, I used to (Very Politically-Incorrectly) monitor and report sophisticated drug activities on Maui, so I was beaten three times. Twice by the Hawaiian Mafia, and once by the MPD. Tell you anything?
In my case they REALLY went overboard, and labeled a couple of casual visits (Which I'd done purposely) to a counselor at a clinic to be as if full-fledged "Psychiatric Treatment." Based on that, my non-criminal but seeming demeanor, and seeming link I had to actual overseas murders of espionage I was ordered to secrecy about (To which they should not even had access to records thereof, unless they had access to overseas KGB archives) they even seized ALL my guns, almost every bullet, and even cleaning supplies, and they retain them to this day.
This meant, ever so conveniently, that I would get 50 years of Felony time if I ever did anything with the one box of bullets Det. Zumwalt deliberately left behind. (Again, the Supreme Court surely has to reverse the way even stealing a stick of gum is a Felony, these days, overfilling our prisons and deliberately disarming large percentages of our people, as well as taking their political voice from them.)
My finances were ruined then and since by three years of hearings before Judge Komo, who threw me into Maui Prison until I would agree to be "Examined" by Hawaii State Psychologists, who ever so conveniently "Found" what the State had paid them "To Find." I was given a trial and acquitted, but they've kept my guns nevertheless. Needless to say, I was sold down the river by the government-paid Public Defender's Office. "A person like me..."
Komo, at the request of a Federal Agent, then ordered me to a "Pilot Study" of sorts, to him, "Suspected Serial Killer," but to US Army Captain Timothy Berigan, DDS (My Army Intel Technical Psychiatrist), a "Blind Study of the Manchurian Candidate Effect." Berigan was the one who did the clandestine intestinal biopsy in 1993 at Tripler Army Medical Center, confirming my Celiac's Disease, and he ordered me to continue the mission.
I was made to move to Wyoming in 1995, where the public here, too, had been primed by the above to have a mass hysteria reaction to me, and I nearly got put six feet under more than a couple of times. Oddly enough, carrying a sidearm saved my and even my son's life, many times over. Do not even the "Mentally Ill" Or the "Sexually Diverse?" Or politically-incorrect have a right to self-defense? Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness? From even Vigilantes? From vicious Feminists? Maternalists? Democrats? American Communists?
The bottom line is that the Wyoming Legislature then conquered up new laws as I arrived back then, prohibiting the concealed carry of handguns, because "There are certain people who shouldn't..." Then when it became possible for out-of-state concealed-carry permits to be valid here, the State Legislature hurriedly passed a law SPECIFIC TO ME ALONE - That's Illegal...- That kept "People like me" from using such permits if Sheriff Colson had denied one of his own.
This in spite of passing the NCIC background check, having perfect criminal and traffic abstracts, the lot: It was just my "Demeanor." Public Political Incorrectness. Feminist and Maternalist Hysteria. Suspiciousness. The Sexual Vicariousness of Society. The way society treats Celiac Symptomatics. Being broke. Unpopular. Told by the FBI to be "Watched" by all. "Official Psychological Profiles..."
Ironically enough, I have been under military order of arms since the beginning, superseding any such local law, anyway.
I have recently received, clandestinely, instructions to discontinue my past, deliberate, "Civil Disobedience" type activities, and to snap out of being Celiac Symptomatic by discipline of diet. The whole undercover and quite deliberate role. I've accomplished my given military "Test Case" mission for the edification of Congress and the American People, as ordered.

Yes, I truly am a "CIA Sleeper." There IS a quiet home-grown "Militia," that will always be there in our country, rebels true, people who operate in the background, to "Get 'er done..." I'm very proud of that duty, be it even a heavy burden.
Senator Mike Enzi and the DC American Legion seem to be helping me get my promised back undercover Army pay, but... Like the FBI, the Army seem to keep "Losing my records..." Don't you know there are a LOT of Congressmen, who hold their purse strings, who want to keep me a nice little quiet dirty secret...?
If I can deliberately influence anti-gun legislation the way I have been made to do, then you'd better act up now about the countless others who have done the same thing, knowingly or unknowingly - Who work for the Communist Enemy with the aim of the disintegration from within of our country, the loss of our Freedoms, and that heritage of your children.
It's very simple: A Constitutional Right is bone bare clean and simple, and the whole slate (You could call all these gun registration requirements "Earmarks") should be wiped clean back to the original intent of the simple protection of self, family, home, property, religion, political belief, town, state and country through that RIGHT of "Keeping AND BEARING," of the most modern arms. In a manner saw fit by the individual's condition at the immediate time and place, pursuant to his own well self-being, GOD-GIVEN RIGHT.
You carry jumper cables for your car if you think you might need them, right? What's the difference, unless there's political and espionage intent behind these regulations and restrictions? Unless the Powers Who Be presume that YOU are a "Criminal" in the sense of being potentially dangerous to their Power Structure by you keeping and bearing of arms? "Guilty until proven Politically Correct?" WHAT BUSINESS is it of theirs, anyway?
The years of carrying a sidearm for me is just about the same as carrying a pair of pliers, or a utility knife. It's there if I need it, too bad that it weighs as much. I've never had to shoot anybody, but I've had to cock the hammer once, and pull it out of my holster twice. No one has ever robbed a convenience store while I was shopping, of that I am certain. There is a certain untold respect for any other guy (Or little old lady) when the criminal doesn't know who's armed or not. That's why many corrupt politicians, involved in drugs, being blackmailed, espionage, and the like, want to take yours away.
I'm alive many times over throughout this role because I carry a sidearm. Even if openly, sometimes causing some public consternation, because of Sheriff Colson's order, but for me, it's either live like that or die, so I apologize for nothing. As a Democrat, perhaps it is his intention to thusly cause public dismay and upset, in that "Someone like me" goes about openly armed. Or, maybe, as a Policeman, he's just "Following Orders," like me. Who knows?
